        Welcome this site will be updated weekly so at it to your favorits list! Have you ever wanted to become a dictator?   Do you think that is a good way to run a country?   Well Canada is ready for you!!.  The goverment system that Canada is made up of has many check points to keep the power of our political leader limited, but there is a loop hole.   This loop hole is called "The War Measures Act" brought about by World War I the act enables the majority to disban parilment debt, take away certian civil liberties, such as innocent untill proven guilty, and the prime minister becomes a dictator.   This dictator could be you if you follow the simple steps.   Number one become head of a political party that lie and is very well liked buy the public.   Next get yourself a majority vote making your self Prime Minister of Canada.   Thridly inact The War Measurs Act.   Murder your all opposition and your there you are the next major world dictator.

        We all know this is an unlikely story in Canada, but the posibility is still there.   But what would happen if there wasn't this law??   Well Canada might seem to be a safer place from internal dictators but what if one were to emerge out side Canada and was-like other dictators-bend on world domination. Would our goverment with out The War Measures Act be able to defend it's self and respond quickly enough if provocted by another country?   Well probably not.   So without this act Canada is doomed to a possible tack over and the poeple of Canada may be supressed by an out side force.

        So with it we are doomed; without it we are doomed.   I think the best way to go about this is to think smart and have the act but not ever use it in non-war situations.
